BWRT®

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy is a great talking therapy that allows you to make changes in your life.  It can help with many issues from anger and anxiety to helping pepople who have felt stuck for many years to recognise and release old patterns of behaviour and to decide how they want to respond in the future.  It can’t change the past (nothing can), but it does help clients to change how they feel about old issues and remove the emotional pull that they had.

Anxiety Management

Are you stuck in an anxious cycle unable to see a way out?  We all need a certain amount of anxiety or stress in our lives, or nothing will ever get done!  But sometimes it becomess too much.  Maybe you are anxious about everything, maybe a specific ‘thing’ or maybe you are anxious and you don’t know why.  Working together and using BWRT we can help to reroute neural pathways (a bit like a road bypass) so that you respond in a different way the next time the issue (or simialr issue) presents.  Time to STOP letting anxiety hold you back and START living YOUR LIFE YOU WAY

Disarm Anger

Anger can be such a destructive emotion, not just the physical responses such as fighting and shouting, but also unseen physical health issues from high blood pressure, heart attacks, tense muscles and  poor sleep to name a few.  

It’s also the internal emotional turmoil for the person with anger.  The destructive self talk that spirals and can come out as anxiety or depression or physical injury.  Anger and resentment eat away at all aspects of life, time to take back control.

FAQ

How do the sessions work?

We have a no obligation telephone chat to see what help you want and then book in your sessions face2face or via zoom.  The first session is up to 2 hours and follow up sessions are up to one hour.

How many sessions will I need?

That all depends on the issue your looking to resolve.  Typically something like a fear of the dentist can be resolved in one session, whereas anxiety or anger typically take 5-6 sessions depending on the individual.

Are you going to make me do embarrassing things?

No, not at all, this is not stage hypnosis.  We have conversations based on the questions that I’ll ask you and we’ll use your answers to resolve your issue.

Who is BWRT for?

I work with people over the age of 18.  BWRT is for peole who are ready to make changes in their lives and release what has been getting in the way.  It’s not a magic wand and you have to take part in the process.

Do you work with couples?

No, I work with pepole on a 1:1 basis or in a group programme.

Terms and Conditions

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or the session is lost and a new one booked.
